Dersin Amacı
To conduct the soil investigation, to evaluate the soil properties, to provide knowledge and skills related to the design of building bases, so that students can make a basic design.

| 1 | 1.Adequate knowledge in mathematics, science and engineering subjects pertaining to the relevant discipline; ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge in these areas incomplex engineering problems. 2.Ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems; ability to select and apply proper analysis and modeling methods for this purpose. 3.Students shall gain knowledge on basic principles for geotechnical engineering structures. 4.Students shall gain knowledge of determining and evaluating the stability of geotechnical engineering structures and slopes. 5.Students shall gain knowledge of analysing and solving geotechnical problems encountered in construction sites. |
