Dersin Amacı
Bu derste, kararlaştırılan parametreler dahilinde proje kabul kriterlerine göre belirli proje hedeflerine ulaşmak için proje yöntemlerinin, becerilerinin, bilgi ve deneyiminin yönetimini araştırmayı amaçlıyoruz. Proje yönetiminin, sınırlı bir zaman ölçeği ve bütçeyle sınırlandırılmış nihai çıktıları vardır.

Bu ders şunları içerir: proje yaşam döngüsünün dört aşaması, proje tanımı ve yönetiminin avantajları, proje yaşam döngüsünün her aşamasında kritik görevler ve bu aşamaların yönetimi. Proje yöneticileri için kritik tuzaklar
